✦PLUTO information
This policy explains how PLUTO LOUNGE handles personal information through plutolounge.crmpl.us and related reservation and inquiry services. Contact us at info@plutoloungeclt.com, (336) 255-1214, or 2815 The Plaza, Charlotte, NC 28205.
We collect the name, email address, phone number, reservation date and time, party size, table selection, occasion, preferences, and requests you submit. Private-event and contact inquiries may also include your event type, budget, entertainment or catering preferences, and message. Staff record booking and inquiry status, relevant notes, deposit amounts, payment references, and refund status. Please do not send payment credentials, identity documents, medical records, or other sensitive information in free-text fields.
Our hosting and security providers process technical information such as IP address, browser information, request time, and security or error logs to deliver and protect the service. We use temporary rate-limit records derived from IP addresses to prevent abuse. Your browser stores the private access token needed to view your reservation and may store your cookie preferences. Staff authentication uses essential Clerk cookies and session information.
We use information to create and manage reservations, match and verify deposits, answer inquiries, plan requested events, assist guests, resolve cancellations and refunds, protect the service, maintain business records, and meet applicable legal obligations. Providing contact details for a booking does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Reservation status is available on the website; staff may contact you using the details you provide.
We use Vercel for website hosting and media storage, Turso for database storage, Cloudflare for domain and network services, and Clerk for staff authentication. These providers process information needed to operate and secure their services. Authorized PLUTO staff can access information needed for guest service and administration. We may also disclose relevant information to professional advisers, in a business transfer subject to appropriate protections, to comply with law or valid legal process, or to protect people and the service. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cash App payments occur on Cash App, under its own terms and privacy policy. PLUTO can receive the payment details and reference needed to verify a deposit or refund, but this website does not receive your Cash App password or full card credentials. Card checkout is currently unavailable. Links to maps, social networks, and other external sites take you to services with their own privacy practices. We do not control those services.
Essential browser storage supports reservations, security, and staff sign-in. Optional analytics and advertising pixels are currently disabled. If optional analytics are enabled later, nonessential tracking will require the website’s consent controls. You can clear browser storage in your browser settings, but clearing a reservation token may remove access to its private status page. Contact us with your reference if you need help.
We keep booking, payment, and inquiry records for as long as reasonably needed to provide service, handle disputes and refunds, maintain required financial records, and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the record and its purpose; there is no automatic promise that all records disappear after a fixed period. Temporary rate-limit entries expire after about one hour and are removed during later requests. We use encrypted connections, restricted staff access, private reservation tokens, and provider security controls. No system is completely secure. We will respond to a security incident and provide notices as required by applicable law.
Contact info@plutoloungeclt.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to raise a privacy concern. We may verify your identity before acting. We may retain information needed for legal obligations, security, outstanding transactions, or disputes, and will explain applicable limits. You can choose not to submit optional fields; certain contact and reservation details are needed to complete your request. Additional privacy rights may apply where you live.
This website is intended for people arranging visits or events, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; contact us if you believe a child has submitted information so we can address it. Our providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate, under applicable safeguards.
We may update this policy as our services or obligations change. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated on the website or through another appropriate method when required.
