These terms govern your use of plutolounge.crmpl.us, operated for PLUTO LOUNGE at 2815 The Plaza, Charlotte, NC 28205. Provide accurate information and submit only requests you are authorized to make. A deposit-bearing reservation requires payment verification and staff confirmation. Your status page identifies whether it is awaiting a deposit, confirmed, expired, cancelled, or under review. An inquiry alone does not book a table or event. The reservation and cancellation policies form part of the booking terms shown before submission.
Prices are in US dollars. Review the deposit, minimum spend, selected time, and guest count before submitting. Menu availability can change; confirm any dietary requirements, final order pricing, and applicable charges with staff before ordering. We will contact you about a material booking error or change rather than charge a different deposit without your agreement. Cash App handles transfers under its own terms. Do not send additional money because of a request that you cannot verify directly with PLUTO.
Do not misuse the service, submit fraudulent bookings, impersonate another person, bypass security, interfere with availability, or attempt to access another guest’s information. Keep your reservation reference and private browser access secure. Staff accounts are restricted to authorized users. You may use site content for personal planning; copying our branding or content for unrelated commercial use requires permission or another lawful basis.
Event listings describe confirmed announcements when published. Venue services, seating, and availability are subject to the information confirmed for your booking. Some website imagery is editorial artwork and does not promise a particular room layout, dish, or table. External payment, map, and social-media services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
We take reasonable steps to maintain the website, but interruptions and errors can occur. If a submission fails, contact us before paying or making a duplicate booking. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes our obligation to address a payment for a reservation we cannot provide. These terms do not promise uninterrupted access to third-party services.
Our privacy policy explains how information is handled. Contact us first about a booking dispute so we can investigate and respond. North Carolina law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you. Updated website terms apply prospectively; changes do not retroactively remove the cancellation or refund terms agreed for an existing booking.
